360 are cousins Mike Johnson and TJ McClure and are both quick to state that their name implies a turnaround - meaning they intend to make music that is different and focused on change. It's not good enough to be "as good" but crucial to be better - giving 110% to everything they do.

360 made their debut in 2003 at a talent show in tempe, AZ in which they won with their first independent offering Can I Get a Weekend. It wasn't long thereafter that 360 went on to win yet another prominent talent show showcasing their dance moves and their music abilities.
